How does billing work?

Annual plans are billed annually in advance. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance; there is a considerable discount for annual LMS pricing when compared to month-by-month pricing.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can purchase all plans directly by bank transfer or Stripe.

What is an active user?

An “active user” is any user who signs in during the billing period. Once a user has become “active” for the billing period, there is no limit to the number of times he or she can sign in.

How does the free trial work?

All of our plans start with a 15-day free trial so you can test-drive Create LMS.   There is no risk, no obligation and no credit card required. At any time during your trial you can upgrade to one of our paid plans and retain all of your branding, settings and information.

Is there a setup fee?

No, we do not charge a setup fee. We also provide training on Create LMS free of charge.

Can I change plans?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. Any paid amount difference is transferred to your future invoices.

Does my plan come with free support?

We offer support to all clients, the level of these increases with the level of your plan. Everyone is able to issue a support request directly within your dashboard.

Is there any limitation on the storage amount for my courses?

There is no storage limitation.

Do you offer plans with bigger user limits?

We offer custom plans tailored to your needs for any number of users. Contact us for more information on custom plans.
