Regardless of the role, everyone with an account on the platform is counted as a user. As soon as the invitation to the platform is accepted, a person is considered a user. An account can be deactivated, meaning the user loses access to the platform's content; however, they remain a user. We keep all data, statistics, and reports regarding this person's activity on the platform until the deletion of the account. As soon as the account is deleted, together with all the assigned data, we take it off the list.

The vast majority of the functionalities appearing on the platform are included in your plan. You do not need to pay for them. Newly released premium features are the exception.
